ICT on TRAINS is an initiative promoted by CENELEC, aimed at favouring the collaboration and discussion between standardisation experts, regulatory bodies (ERA, EC), researchers and railway industries and operators, on topics related to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).

A workshop is organised every other year, as an opportunity to check the state of the art, present achievements and trends, discuss current and future opportunities and challenges, compare different points of view and opinions.

Four editions of the workshop have been held so far:

CNC contributed in the organisation of the workshops, coordinating activities, providing support to speakers and attendees and building and maintaining the related Web sites.
